Pre Service-Compris....

Philippe trained for 4 years in Catering school, near Lyon. He then travelled to the USA and Germany to gain work experience before national service, meanwhile...
Trudi worked for 5 years as a chef, and 2 years as a Pastry Chef, before studying Hospitality Management in 1997.


1997 We met in England...Both working in a Hotel in Buckinghamshire, Philippe as second Chef, Trudi as the newly appointed Pastry Chef. Trudi also studied hospitality management, whilst Philippe carried on improving his cooking-and English!
1999 We ran a village pub -including Millenium celebrations!
2003 we learnt to ski!
2006 was a fantastic year for us.we decided to make our home in Les Houches and thought the best way to celebrate would be to make it permanent!
2007 sees the continuing progress of the company...
We were married in Les Houches Mairie, surrounded by our family and friends,
and had the most wonderful celebration you could imagine...
