Below are a list of available services, anything from a chef for a small, relaxed Evening meal to a whole week providing Catering, Cleaning and all those little things which will enhance your guests' stay in the Valley.
Evening Meal- max 6 people
Chef will arrive at your
Chalet with a homemade cake and Shopping for your pre-chosen menu,
serve afternoon tea and commence preparations for the evening meal.
Working alone, your chef will prepare and cook , serve the meal, wash
up and leave the kitchen clean and tidy.
Evening Meal- max 12 people
Chef will arrive at your Chalet with cake and Shopping, serve afternoon tea and commence preparations for the evening.
Your
hostess will arrive in time to prepare table and serve canapes, and
will then serve and clear the four course dinner,before laying out
coffee, tisanes and chocolates. She will assist your Chef in the
kitchen, until all washing up/ clearing/tidying is finished.
1 Day service - max 12 people
-Your
Chef and hostess will arrive at your chalet at 7.30am with fresh bread,
prepare the dining table for a self service breakfast, to include the
following;
Fresh Local Bread, Fresh fruit platter,
yoghurts, cereal selection, milk, orange juice,water tea and coffee to
drink, plus 1 hot dish daily.
All Communal areas of the chalet will be tidied, the kitchen cleared, and afternoon tea set out.
Chef will return to your Chalet with cake and Shopping, serve afternoon tea and commence preparations for the evening.
Your
hostess will arrive in time to prepare table and serve canapes, and

Weekend Service -max 12 people

This
service is a combination of the above services we have listed, to
include 1 evening service(Friday), 2 full days(Saturday and Sunday),
and one breafast service before departure (Monday).
This is a superb way of adding value and service to your guests' winter holiday. A chance for your guests to get to know us as their caterers for the week, with an ever flexible menu selection available. Dietary requirements can always be catered for, as well as the 'special touch', be it a personalized birthday cake, advice on local and regional speciality dishes...
