With an ever flexible menu selection available, dietary requirements can always be catered for. I have regularly catered for guests with specific dietary requirements, and feel confident they have had an equally enjoyable culinary experience as their friends and families.
There is also the ‘special touch’, be it a personalized birthday cake, a lesson on how to create your favourite restaurant dish, advice on local and regional dishes…The list is endless and I am always pleased when clients leave completely relaxed and with large smiles on their faces!
Generally, a fully catered week goes as follow: I arrive early to prepare your arrival, typically with canapés and a glass of chilled champagne, depending on your time of arrival. Next, I will shop and prepare your meals during the week.
I will be with you at breakfast, with a waitress for larger groups, where I will arrive with fresh bread and pastries from our local bakery. On your return from the slopes (or your summer walks) I’ll have prepared a fresh cake to share with a cup of tea or hot chocolate while telling everyone about your days. Then, it’s time for me to finish preparing your evening meal which consists of:
- Freshly prepared canapés
- Starter
- Main Course
- Cheese Course
- Dessert
- Coffee / Tisane with chocolates
And it all starts again the next day!
Whether you need a chef at your holiday place, chalet, villa, boat, I can offer you a fully catered package and as usual I will take care of everything: shopping, meals, you won’t have to do anything!
