Typically, a full week with you or your clients goes like this: I arrive early to prepare for your arrival, usually with some appetizers and a glass of champagne. Then, I take care of shopping and meal preparation throughout your stay. I’m with you for breakfast, bringing fresh bread and pastries to get you ready for a great day of skiing. Back from the slopes (or your summer hikes), I’ll have prepared a cake to share while you recount the day’s adventures over a cup of tea or hot chocolate by the fireplace. Then it’s time for the final preparations for your evening meal, typically consisting of:
- Appetizers
- Starter
- Main course
- Cheeses
- Desserts
- Coffee, tea, and herbal teas
And it all starts again the next morning!
If you need a chef at your vacation spot: I can offer my services for a short stay, a week, or longer. I’ll be with you at your vacation spot: chalets, villas, boats… as usual, I’ll take care of all the logistics: shopping, meals – you won’t have to lift a finger.
