Why not simply relax and let the chef relieve you from the hassle that organizing a meal can be?

You’ll be able to enjoy your guests as well as the meal prepared for you in a cozy and familiar place: your own cottage!

For groups larger than 6/8 people, a waitress will also be present to ensure the smooth running of the service. From appetizers to the meal and wines, whether you provide them from your cellar or select them based on our recommendations and your budget, she takes care of serving you “just like at a restaurant”. Sit back and relax!

No need to take your car on cold evenings, no need to rush to free your babysitter—stay at home, let the restaurant come to you!

Depending on the season, I always seek out the freshest available ingredients, preferably local products, particularly for cheeses, market vegetables, certain meats, and fish from Lake Geneva.

I don’t offer a predetermined menu. Since my clients’ tastes are unique, I create customized menus based on the seasons. In the following pages, you’ll find ideas that I hope will tantalize your taste buds and, most importantly, give you an insight into my culinary style.

The Menus

During each season, I always seek out the freshest available ingredients, preferably local products, especially for cheeses, market vegetables, select meats, and fish from Lake Léman.

I don’t offer a preset menu. As my clients’ tastes are unique, I create customized menus based on the seasons. Below are some menu ideas that I hope will tantalize your taste buds and give you an insight into my culinary style.

Without fixed menus, I cook according to your desires, my moods, and the best available products at the moment. Additionally, I strive to find the right balance to accommodate your special diets or adapt to your allergies.

I “take over” your kitchen for an evening or a week, taking the time to cook with passion.

Though I lean towards classic due to my training, I adapt my dishes to current trends to serve you a familial, generous, and indulgent cuisine. I love working with fresh, raw, seasonal, and local products whenever possible. Mindful of waste and the environment, I try to use ingredients to their fullest extent. What a pleasure it is to infuse your cottage with the aroma of a simmering meat broth made from bones and trimmings, or to turn fish bones into soup and vegetable peels into crisps! Even eggshells find purpose in the garden, warding off snails and slugs!

Every service, every client is unique, sometimes with specific needs. That’s why I adapt to their requirements, whether it’s a private dinner, a week-long vacation, or a special event like a wedding, birthday, or any other life occasion.
